Melbourne Show

Melbourne Show this year brought with it the highs and lows of the world of horses, the wildest of weather and some truly awesome moments.

The night of the World Cup broke the drought in Melb and Sept has had above average rainfall ever since. Ted didn’t enjoy the evening and Beck retired after having a foot in the water. Mia however jumped fantastically winning the first class and placing in every other. She won Champion Group B jumper adding a gorgeous woollen rug to her Royal Show Rug wardrobe.

Back in the placings in the Garryowen, Beck came fourth on her new ride - the fabulous Gorgio owned by John Findlay.  He also came fifth in the Novice Hunter and fifth again in the Open Hunter - a great result for a young horse at his second royal show.
